My experience in the construction industry began 11 years ago in 2014, but my passion for work site safety began in 2021 when my ladder kicked out from under me and changed my life forever. I am the owner of Ladder Safety Systems and I develop products that make climbing ladders safer for everyone. I love meeting people and learning from them as well. Everyone's needs are different, but I truly believe that the current statistics for work place injuries can be lowered and most incidents can be avoidable with the right equipment. I love what I do and being able to share my passion with the people around me gives me the opportunity to educate others on workplace hazards, especially for those that use ladders.
