11. Mega Yacht Refurbishment: 

    • Led a full interior refit of a 1970s luxury motor yacht in Saint‑Tropez—reengineering it into a contemporary vessel by orchestrating cross‑border design, craftsmen and materials to super‑yacht standards.

12. From Camp Architect to Visionary Host

    • Appointed by Hall‑of‑Fame trainer Emanuel “Manny” Steward as Lennox Lewis’s on‑the‑ground operations lead in South Africa—managing all logistics and local dealings for the Tau fight—then entrusted with the mandate to develop the proposed Lewis–Tyson “Rumble in the Jungle II” on Robben Island.

    • Acquired and restored a neglected 19th‑century city hotel to its former glory—reimagining it as a premier boutique landmark with authentic period character.

17. Rumble in the Jungle II” 

    • Co‑conceived and advanced a landmark proposal to stage Lennox Lewis vs Mike Tyson on Robben Island, securing global sanctioning‑body support and Nelson Mandela’s blessing before regulatory barriers halted the project.
