I believe everyone deserves greatness, and that we ultimately create the life we give ourselves. That belief reshaped my own path—from a homeless teenage parent to leading high-performing teams worldwide in the military, and later advising owners, operators, and senior leaders in construction, contracting, trades, and service-based companies to uncover their business and leadership superpowers. That journey forged a conviction: sustained success requires more than discipline and effort—it requires clarity, self-mastery, and purpose aligned across every area of life.

Today, I partner with construction business owners, leadership teams, and general managers who have already proven they can build, lead, and carry responsibility under pressure. In construction, growth often creates complexity fast: crews waiting on decisions, missed handoffs, communication breakdowns, margin pressure, and owners becoming the bottleneck. My work focuses on helping leaders sharpen self-mastery, strengthen leadership capability, and build operating clarity so the business can grow without creating unnecessary tension in the field, the office, or at home. The outcome goes beyond revenue and completed projects—it produces decisive, balanced, and intentional leaders who are building stronger companies, stronger teams, and a legacy worth leaving.

That same belief in leadership, ownership, and service is what drives my work through the Forged Samaritan Project. I believe stronger communities are built intentionally—by investing in young people before they lose sight of what they are capable of, and by helping current and transitioning veterans recognize the value, discipline, and leadership they still carry into the professional world. Through youth mentorship, veteran integration, and community outreach, the mission is to help people uncover their true superpowers, continue serving with purpose, and become the kind of leaders who strengthen their families, workplaces, and communities from the inside out.
