Despite not having a medical background, I partnered with an experienced Assisted Living Director to establish Platinum Assisted Living—a luxury, 16-bed residence that seamlessly blends the personalized care of smaller residential homes with the high standards of larger facilities.

Our innovative model has not only raised the bar in assisted living but has also proven to be a sustainable business, consistently generating over $40,000 in monthly net income.
