We asked Ericson E. Brickers, founder and president of The Brickers Foundation, for his blueprint for creating generational financial freedom. His answer had nothing to do with markets.

Find the thing you love doing. Do it with persistence and consistency. Look up and twelve hours have passed. That repetition, he says, is what brings the money in the end.
