His AI journey began with a simple goal: helping people rebuild their lives

We asked Lucas Young what his biggest challenge has been. He answered by telling us exactly where he got it wrong:

-These tools are so adaptive, and you can solve so many problems using AI.

When everything looks solvable, everything starts to look easy.

-We started bringing on jobs where we thought the problem was going to be, say, a six out of 10, and it turned out to be an eight out of 10.

The reason? We didn't have enough industry knowledge in that lane to really fully understand the problem.

So he rebuilt the business. Away from building systems for companies. Towards coaching companies to solve their own problems.

Now they teach an operating system: the human skills, the skills their AI can use, and the automations behind both.

And here is the line we keep coming back to — a system that runs the business WITH you. Not instead of you.

Then how to grow it, as your industry changes and as AI changes.

Most founders would have gone away and learned those industries. Luke did something harder. He stopped trying to own knowledge he could never acquire fast enough, and handed the tools to the people who already had it.

Luke, thank you. Not many people will say in public where they misjudged it. The lesson is worth more because you did.
