That is the barrier we meet more often than any other, andย Matan Lushkov M.Ed, MBAย ofย X5 Home Loansย named it in a single sentence.
His answer was refreshingly unglamorous. No windfall. No perfect moment. A set of honest goals, a roadmap built to be sustainable, and the courage to take what he called the scary first step โ even when that step is setting aside a hundred a month.
